Our Story
We are a pool of like-minded volunteers who joined together to initiate a ground-up mentoring programme for Singaporean youths.
Our volunteers come from a diversity of backgrounds and possess WSQ accreditation in leadership, coaching and facilitation.
Today, our team of Pathfinders comprises over 60 volunteers, and counting!

Our Programs
We strive to develop our youths by nurturing their character, competencies, and sense of citizenry through a comprehensive approach. Our 4-category programs—character development, mentoring, community involvement, and career readiness—are at the core of this mission.
Mentoring
Mentoring youths empowers them with guidance, support, and life skills to navigate challenges and achieve their potential. Through meaningful relationships, mentors inspire confidence, foster resilience, and instill values. By sharing experiences and providing encouragement, they help shape responsible, goal-driven individuals prepared for personal and professional success.
Community Involvement
Community involvement fosters social responsibility, empathy, and unity by encouraging active participation in meaningful causes. It strengthens connections, builds resilience, and creates positive change. Through our community involvement programs, youths develop leadership skills, broaden perspectives, and contribute to a more inclusive, supportive, and thriving society.
Character Development Programmes
Our character development program nurtures essential values, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence through experiential learning, mentorship, and community engagement. It fosters essential values, empowering individuals to make ethical decisions, improve communications skills and working in a team. The program cultivates personal growth, self-awareness, and a strong moral foundation for future success.
Career Readiness
Our career readiness program equips youths with essential skills, industry knowledge, and professional confidence to excel in the workforce. Through workshops, networking opportunities and industry visits, our youths will be expose opportunities that will prepare them for the workforce. The program bridges education and employment, preparing individuals for sustainable careers and long-term success.

Project Pathfinder has helped me meet new people through their activities such as night cycling. As a former student from ITE I am also able to work on my leadership skills through the exposure of leading a group of residents and students during one of the night cycling event. I also got involved in volunteering work such as food distribution to help others in need.
